UI Stinks
Trying to see/pick a time is impossible. On the screen that “shows” them the top and bottom banners are huge, can’t be resized, and can’t be dismissed. This leaves about a 2mm window to see the available times, if you are very delicate and a bit lucky.
Terrible Haircut Choices
So I used to use this app all the time to book since it gave the option for simply a “haircut” now you have to pick from one of their (might I add) extremely limited haircut styles instead of just a general haircut. What if I don’t want a classic Pour? Is that all they do now? Or braids? I just want a haircut! Why did they get rid of this option?
