Functional, but room for improvement
When I select a hair stylist from the list of options, I often find that he/she has no availability. It would be nice if I could quickly navigate back to the list of hairs stylists and try again. Instead, I’m taken all the way back to the main menu to select haircut services, select roosters club cut, select stylist, and try again. Alternatively, a list of stylists all on one screen with their open appointments for the day would make things easier. Finally, I can’t always remember who it was that did such a good job on my hair, so pictures could be helpful when I’m trying to book them again.

Poor User Interface
Not friendly to the visually impaired. Time to invest a few dollars and get this app modernized.

App Works - But Has Issues
Roosters is my go-to haircut place. However, the app needs a lot of improvement. It constantly logs me out and requires me to put in my email and password which I often forget. It needs to integrate many of the Apple security processes (such as face ID) to increase usability for users. Additionally, when I put in the wrong password, it doesn’t give me an option to reset it in the app and just locks down my account for an hour after I try too many times which entirely prevents me from being able to book a haircut. The app needs to allow users to reset their password.

Rooster Worst App
There is absolutely no way the rating is based on this app!
Roosters is great the app is not.
You cannot make multiple Appts, the stylists I select you’re not sure if they are working or not only to be kicked out.
It doesn’t know the opening times of the location
I’ve booked Appts and they weren’t available.
It’s really bad team! The other way was better. Now it’s an app and you can update it but it’s really bad.
