Great help though cancer treatment.
Going through cancer treatment turns your life upside down. Inevitably I mainly focused on understanding the medical treatment. However you usually need wider support in different areas to get you through. ONKO programme helped me concentrate on my healing through exercise, balanced diet and regular checks on how I am doing. It gave me the focus on getting better and enabled me to cope with the effects of chemotherapy. I enjoyed exercise sessions with Lucy, whose sessions were tuned to our abilities yet challenging. I looked forward to our weekly sessions with my coach Lou, in which we discussed how I am getting on that week along with advice for the difficulties I am experiencing. I found these regular contacts invaluable. I managed to stay motivated and kept my fitness level up. I don’t think I would be able to do that without the help of the team at ONKO.

Great weekly group exercise sessions on Zoom
I have a very different relationship with exercise than I had before my cancer diagnosis thanks to Onko, who helped me before and after major surgery and continue to do so now with ongoing weekly group sessions. I look forward to each session and to seeing everyone. Lucy, the trainer, makes the sessions fun, is sensitive to everyone’s needs and gives individual adaptations as required. I really enjoy exercising with others on Zoom, knowing only too well that keeping motivated on my own is not at all easy. Most of all, I can feel my fitness levels steadily increasing, as well as my overall sense of wellbeing. I know I’m doing the work but I couldn’t have done it without Onko.

Good app, continuously evolving, but can be glitchy
Good app to support a great service. Has been a little glitchy at times but the team are open and receptive to feedback and are co to you sky evolving it to support users
