Mostly good, couple of small changes would make it very good.

I’d like to see a space within each session and/or within each exercise in a session, to feed back to the trainer/ physio. They said there is space for feedback but that’s just feedback on the app. The other thing that could be improved is the interface with my sports watch. I connected with my Garmin forerunner, but saw limited information passing to the app. Now I have an Apple Watch it doesn’t even recognise it. Shame, because I’d like to get credit for the 100% plus on the activity feature when I’m out in the garden or busy outside all day!
