For many of us who are have been a caregiver for a patient with Alzheimer’s (in my case, my dad), this app is exactly what is needed to keep all that my family and I need to know to stay up to date with his help, and be connected to the right resources. And it’s so easy to navigate… love it!
Simple and easy to use
This is a great app that gives a caregiver access to much needed information and tools to make their life a bit easier! I especially like the symptom tracker that helps me track symptoms over a time period which is super helpful when we are at the doctor’s appointment. Highly recommend!
A fantastic resource for the entire family
Dementia affects not only the individual with the disease, but all of that individual’s loved ones. It is important to have a resource such as Alzheimer’s Care Partner where one can log medical information, symptoms, and coordinate care with other family members and caregivers so that important decisions can me made and more informed engagement with physicians, nurses, social workers among others in the health care system can occur.

This app is incredibly helpful for anyone managing the care of someone with dementia. With so much to keep track of (medicines, doctor's appointments, symptoms, etc.) things can become overwhelming - having all the information in one place, along with really useful resources and guidance is a godsend.

A Valuable Resource
I wish I had access to this app. years ago. As primary caregiver for my mother, navigating her long road from occasional forgetfulness to eventual full blown dementia was extremely difficult. There is so much helpful information here. There are important guidelines that include how to make a safe home environment for a loved one, how to advocate for them with their Drs./medical staff, to navigating family discussions on the patient’s care, finances, medications. I learned much of this the hard way, from hands on experience. This information would have made things much easier for me, my mother, and our entire family.
