The interface is clean, user-friendly, and the reporting process is straightforward. This is a great step towards building a smarter, greener, cleaner and more citizen-centric Chattogram. প্রথমত নাম বড় হলে লেখা যায়না। সম্পুর্ন নাম লেখা যায়না। দ্বিতীয়ত ট্রেডলাইসেন্স আর হোল্ডিং এর জন্যে পুরাতন সিটিজেন পোর্টাল ইন্টিগ্রেট করা হয়েছে যাতে প্রচুর বাগ আছে। স্পেশালি ট্রেডলাইসেন্স এর আবেদন এর ফর্মে ব্যবসার ধরন লোড হয়না। আগের পোর্টাল ইন্টিগ্রেট না করে ইন-এপ বিল্ট ইন করে দিলে ভালো হয়।
