Biometrics used to fail frequently, that appears to have been fixed and compatibility with Plaid and Zelle is now seamless.

This app works well. I never have a problem with finding out information about my banking. They are very good at updating and making it user friendly.
Basic but easy to use
No bells and whistles but it’s also easy to use and have had no issues with crashes or glitches to date.

Insane Overdraft Fees
this app and overall the bank has gone significantly downhill. It very slowly processes charges (like 1 day to 6 days to process charges), then when you overdraft a single cent, they rob you of $40. This bank also doesn’t answer their email, the locations have dwindled more and more, hours are too short, they clearly don’t value their staff or customers.
