Love CFB and App Update once I reset my password
Climate First Bank is an amazing digital banking app and I love having high interest both savings AND Interest, while also investing in a livable future. I had some recent issues with the new app, then customer service got me to use my last 4 digits of my ssn with my username, and that prompted the needed reset of my account password and login for full functionality. Now it works like a charm once again.

Mobile app
The new upgraded app isn't very user friendly like my other bank apps. I can't see a running total history of my savings or checking accounts.

The transition process continues to be challenging and not at all user friendly

Climate First used to be easy to work with. And we loved that the bank was set up expressly to do well by doing good. Ever since the online banking revamp, however, the service has been abysmal. We will reluctantly be closing out accounts.

Climate First Bank has been a great fit for me. I get the convenience of digital banking, competitive rates, and helpful customer service. It’s also nice knowing my money is with a bank that cares about doing good and making a positive impact.
