The new upgraded app isn't very user friendly like my other bank apps. I can't see a running total history of my savings or checking accounts.

Climate First used to be easy to work with. And we loved that the bank was set up expressly to do well by doing good. Ever since the online banking revamp, however, the service has been abysmal. We will reluctantly be closing out accounts.
Great rates, service, and tech
Climate First Bank has been a great fit for me. I get the convenience of digital banking, competitive rates, and helpful customer service. It’s also nice knowing my money is with a bank that cares about doing good and making a positive impact.
Issues with App following 5/2026 upgrade / conversion
I’m beyond frustrated right now with this bank that I love. The conversion has caused me hours of problems and is still not fixed. It’s been 3 weeks now that I have problems. Employees are very empathetic and say all the right things. But this ISN’T HELPING ME!!
Cannot deposit check
The new app does not allow me to deposit my check. It says the amounts don’t match but does not say what it thinks the amount should be. There’s no way to remedy the situation except to wait for someone to get back to me. It’s my paycheck and I need the funds.
App is not working
I can’t access my account through the new app! It feels like a scam , I have to call them and waste my time. And I don’t trust this bank anymore
