What a joke
the fact that this app is even allowed to continue existing in this state is APPALLING. seriously why not just use boulevard or another scheduling program that actually WORKS?
Login issues
Every time I try to log in to this app it will kick me out. Besides the login issues, it's not too bad.
App keeps crashing
Just downloaded the app to make appointments and as soon as I go to log into my account it crashes and closes the app. I’ve reset my phone and tried 3x time to open the app and it keeps crashing :( Disappointing

Have to create a new account every time I want to use this app. It doesn’t even save my login and password. Useless!!

Awful! Never lets you see availability
This app needs to be updated. It always says “missing required fields” when trying to book or reschedule an appointment. Please fix it!

Worst app I’ve ever used
Love the salon, hate the app. I honestly can’t even believe apple allows it in the App Store. The landing page needs to allow existing users to log in…but instead, you’re forced to find your location and every single time you to do that, the app crashes.
Need some additional features
Please make it possible to modify an appointment, such as cancelling or rescheduling.
Could it load any slower?
Takes forever to load the information. Let’s you make appointments but can’t cancel them without calling. When I want to see my rewards, wallet, account it says there’s nothing there. Can make and book appts so that’s something. My home Wi-Fi provider won’t let me use the app because it says it’s suspicious…maybe that’s why they don’t store rewards, wallet on there. At least my emails have good information. You’ve been around long enough and this day & age your apps need to work, and work well. Probably losing lots of potential clients because of this.

App needs an update
For the past two months app has not allowed me to book an appointment via the app. App needs an update.
Really needs work
The app user flow makes no sense, First screen makes you choose a studio even if you already have an “account”. I created an account when I made an appointment and now need to cancel my appointment. The My appointments tab/menu option just freezes the entire app and I have to force close it. Was any QA at all done on this app? It is useless to me.

Navigation on this app is awful. The “locate me” function is USELESS.
This app is literally the pits
Ugh. The app never seems to work. I’ve even deleted it from my phone and completely reloaded it. It won’t let you move from the front page to even find a nearby studio to book an appointment.
App and website are horrible
The app has been down for almost a week at this point. Unable to schedule appointments. Website gives and error when trying to view existing appointments. Love amazing lash, but please invest in your app.
Love the store and not the app
I have downloaded the app but I cannot make my account or even find my store which is only 10 minutes away and in my zip code. It keeps saying no salons in area but yet I went to Sawyer Heights Houston Texas. Please check this app because you are loosing customers who like to make their appointments etc.
