Garbage Crashes

Keeps crashing after 3-4 songs. I pay good money for this every month I should not have to experience this poor quality.

Kinda good

Good thing that there’s no adds but it’s really annoying when two people that use the account at the same one of the people get kicked of if you don’t pay for another account 😡😠😡😠😡😠😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶🫥🫥🫥🫥

Poor usability

The application is not well designed and doesn’t really allow you to pick up from where you left off in playlist and performs in consistently when moving from your phone to using it on CarPlay

Awful

Bad connection, bad software absolute junk stick to apple

Yay!!!

Absolutely amazing love it so much!

Remove the forced shuffle feature

Can’t even enjoy the platform or listen to a song on repeat or solely listen to my likes cause your algorithm shuffles songs into my likes that I didn’t even ask for!

Best Music platform

Best Music platform I have used so far. And they gave me first four months free too, you can’t beat that. Thanks Amazon music

Creepy

Too much tracking of personal data for me.

App crashing

Great service and app UI is good but the most recent update is terrible! Multiple app crashes per day. Quite frustrating!

Fix the bug

Right now after the update, I can’t change the song I’m listening to. It just continues the song even if switch to totally song. Disappointed right now.

They just don’t know when to stop making this app worst.

The latest is that this app, is that unless you have the app in inline mode, the playlists list won’t populate. Like I’ve said before. This app is a disgrace to all music apps. I guess that if you rent your music then you’re fine. But you must always have a connection. Because your music otherwise it’s not going to play. I don’t rent my music. I buy my music. I have over 6000 songs in my collection and they are mine to keep. Good thing I’ve only purchased a tiny percentage of those songs from Amazon. So I don’t have to worry about paying and if I don’t pay, my music goes bye-bye or I have to put up with commercials. So since I pay for my music, and Amazon didn’t give it to me for free, I expect this app to work off-line. But it doesn’t. Even though the song to download it to my phone, it just doesn’t let me do anything. So my people, the best thing you can do is buy your music that way nobody can take it away from you, download it to your computer, and that way you can install it in all your devices. And never have to worry about having Internet connection in order to hear the music that is downloaded to your phone and that you have paid. I keep saying that I have paid for because that’s huge. In essence, Amazon is holding the music that I purchased from them hostage because I refuse to give him access to cell service. And not only that, I have posted a similar review before, and they deleted it. Which is against the law. Federal law, prohibits companies from deleting peoples reviews, even if they’re negative, as long as is. An honest opinion. If they delete this review, I will have to file a report with the FTC.

Amazon Music

Decent app. Feels super sluggish. Music sounds amazing but the interface is super slow compared to spotify

5 stars 2 jnj’s cheese steak

Skinny

Horrible app

You can’t get to just your library of music. It makes you scroll through podcasts and other playlists that aren’t in your library. Can’t search by artists without listening to snippets of other artists that you don’t want. Horrible.

Fix the shuffle!

I have Amazon Music for free through my Prime membership. I thought it was pretty great at first. No ads, plenty of music and artists to choose from. Being unable to skip back and only having so many forward skips is a little annoying, but manageable. The biggest problem though is the shuffle doesn’t work right on my playlist! It literally just shuffles the same 10-20 songs every time I get in the car. I thought I was going crazy so I actually started writing down what songs it was playing every time I reshuffle. The same songs every time just in a different order! My commute to work is only 17 minutes so I don’t get down the queue far enough to hear anything else. I know we can’t have it completely made with the free option, but at least fix the shuffle.

Great 👍🏻👍🏻

So I was trying to make a playlist in Amazon that I had on Spotify and I saw this button called import and I got to import a whole playlist from Spotify to Amazon in five seconds!

No Brainer if you are a music junkie

Name a song. Any song. Any genre.Any artist. Any.

With a few cords, you can hook it up to your stereo or entertainment system for a “jukebox” that will play for you anytime… the only negative is the voice that intros the songs. I wish it would just remain silent and let it play. We can wait two seconds.
