Stops playing Amazon Music on Amazon Devices

Very frustrating that the music randomly stops playing for no discernible reason. It also did this when I paid extra for Amazon Music, so that is not the issue. So is it Amazon devices? Perhaps. Spotify also stops playing randomly, paid or not. Frustrating beyond words.
