Flat out doesn’t work

Won’t connect on an iPad. Period.

Authenticated and then just told me to use web client

After authenticating, the app just redirected me to the web client. Couldn’t access my workspace from the app.

Tras actualización, se queda Redirect…

Actualizado en el IPad, he perdido la forma de trabajar. Se queda Redirect… todo el rato. Por favor, solucionen este problema. Gracias.

Enterprise Architect

This app needs some major work ASAP. Copy/Paste does not work properly. Using an external monitor, things just get worse. The MacOS version so much better. Don’t understand why the iPadOS version cannot be of same quality.

It works, but only with Pcoip

The Workspaces client works but only with Pcoip instances. It’s completely useless with WSP/DCV instances. Sadly the AMZ Workspaces client team doesn’t have the resources to maintain or add major features to this or the Linux client. Not sure the state of the macOS client. The best solution they gave me is to use the web client for WSP/DCV instances…

Port 4172 need to be updated to 4195

The port number for the iPad Pro app need to be updated to 4195. This was a change since June 2020 but the current version is using 4172. This allows DCV WorkSpaces session. Only work around is using Safari browser Amazon WorkSpaces on my iPad Pro which is a little clunky.

Nothing wrong with my internet. Application is worthless.

Doesn’t work at all.

Doesn't work on iOS18

Used this app for years. Upgraded to 18.5, crashes on start everytime. No guidance online as to why. Time to shift to AVD...

Does not move forward after login

Crashes after login. ☹️

Garbage

Who is in charge of QA of this app? It doesn’t work at all

Works with iPad Pro Trackpad and Keyboard now!

I wish a Zero star was an option

This is by far the worst app that I have ever used on an iPad. It will almost never boot up and on the few occasions when I am able to get the app to load, I keep getting a log in error. I am so happy that my company is moving away from Amazon all together.

Won’t even start

I used this maybe 4 years ago and it was great. Now I have a need to use AWS workspaces again, and it will not even launch on my current generation iPad Pro. Judging from other reviews it looks like this product is plagued with issues, I hope AWS is able to revive it some day.

Amazon’s pushing DCV, but doesn’t support it

Due to licensing issues, my workplace had to switch to DCV workspaces rather than PCoIP. Unfortunately, Amazon’s app doesn’t support DCV.

Garbage

Finally it does not crash when I select the username field, but it still *DOES NOT WORK AT ALL*.
