Extremely Poor Experience with Amber Student
My experience with Amber Student has been extremely disappointing. Once you pay the Amber fees, their level of support and responsiveness seems to completely disappear.
They do not respond to calls or messages, and when you are actually facing an issue or need urgent assistance regarding your accommodation, there is very little to no help available. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them, getting a proper response or resolution has been extremely difficult.
For students moving to a new country, accommodation is a very serious matter, and you expect the company handling your booking to be available when you need them. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
I would strongly advise students to think carefully before paying any fees and to make sure they understand the level of support they can realistically expect after payment.
Overall, one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had.

Horrible experience, don’t recommend
Awful experience, they changed me saying that it’s holding fee and then gosted me for weeks and also sold my phone number to scammers and I’ve been receiving scam calls ever since and when I tried reaching them to them for help or at least a cash back that they themselves had promised I all I received was silence so yeah i don’t recommend this app it horrible and really bad they only take your money that’s all
