Thanks for providing feedback and allow me to help clarify why you may be experiencing certain things on your end. All of our courses are ARELLO certified, which is the highest standard for distance education in the country. As part of that certification, we're required to have an automatic logout mechanism if there is inactivity. There is a prompt at the 8-minute mark and then the mechanism is triggered at the 10-minute mark. If your logout is not due to the automatic compliance requirement, then you may be using an earlier version of this app; this is the most common reason. If so, then you are not linked to the current database and logout will occur until you download the most recent version of the app. With respect to security questions, there is a compliance requirement to verify a student's identity throughout the course to ensure that the person taking the class is the actual person that signed up. To achieve this, you created 3 security questions / answers (case and space sensitive) at sign up that are asked after lessons 2, 5 and 8 respectively. Again, this meets ARELLO's student identity verification requirement. In terms of recording your completions at the end of a lesson, you must let the video / audio completely finish and then wait a couple of moments for the green check mark to appear. If you click away before the green check mark appears, then your completion is not recorded. Overall, updating the app to the most recent version and understanding the compliance requirement built into the system hopefully helps to address your concerns. We have customer service agents, live chat representatives and several people ready and willing to help. Also, if there are any issues with the app that are code-related, then our dev team is able to quickly resolve. During that resolution process, you can continue to complete your courses through the Ambiview website, and our customer service agents will ensure that you do not have to repeat any lessons that you've already listened to by advancing you to where you need to be. AMBIVIEW is basically realtors’ one stop shop continuing education space with a convenient mobile form that frees you from your computer leash. I’m very active and constantly on the go, having a mobile format is imperative for me. My fur babies appreciates greatly that I can walk them and learning simultaneously for hours. Presently AMBIVIEW covers eight states right now, though it’s expanding quickly to all fifty states. Being a new agent and I’m licensed in Nevada and Washington. I can’t wait to do ALL my CE courses here.
The host, Tim Jones, has a fresh perspective of asking questions from a non-real estate industry. Additionally, he is great in responding your questions regarding your courses. Being a new agent, this helps me hear what my un-seasoned clients would think and ask. April Brown, the instructor has over twenty plus years of experiences in real estate. She shares her in-depth real estate knowledge, professional perspectives and experiences. I love her tone and how she articulates her thought processes. She makes learning easy and conversational.

Thanks for the feedback, Brian, and allow me to help clarify. Our platform and courses are all ARELLO certified, and we offer real estate education in multiple states. Each state has its own specific compliance requirements that we must adhere to in order to operate. In California, they require that students pass the final quiz within 2 attempts; if a passing score is not received, then they must retake the lessons. In Arizona, they require a passing rate of 80% for quizzes. Since we operate in multiple states, including CA and AZ, our platform meets these compliance standards. Rather than build multiple testing scenarios for various states, we chose to meet the highest educational standards across the country. Additionally, we provide a bulleted review guide for each course that you are able to use to answer the quiz questions. The quizzes are multiple choice, and the answers can be found in the review guide within the first few pages. Hopefully this helps to clarify why we have high standards and also explain how the review guide can be used to pass the quizzes. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or feedback!
