Rubbish service
After 4 years of using this machine (L35) I tried to get it serviced by the person who did it before only to be told he doesn’t service Ambrogio any more because of their poor support. So I am left with a serviceable mower that no one on the NSW South Coast can/will service.
Awful in every way possible.
Just a very bad app. Infuriating to use.

Slow , hard to connect and transfer files via Bluetooth
App crashes
If I go into Setup and then chose any of the 3 options, Area settings, Profile or General Settings the app just closes.
Need ability to edit well not connected.
The app is OK, there’s no real complaints on its functionality. We should have the ability to download the schedule and edit it without having to be attached to the robot. That is very annoying!
