Rubbish service
After 4 years of using this machine (L35) I tried to get it serviced by the person who did it before only to be told he doesn’t service Ambrogio any more because of their poor support. So I am left with a serviceable mower that no one on the NSW South Coast can/will service.
Awful in every way possible.
Just a very bad app. Infuriating to use.

App crashes
If I go into Setup and then chose any of the 3 options, Area settings, Profile or General Settings the app just closes.
Need ability to edit well not connected.
The app is OK, there’s no real complaints on its functionality. We should have the ability to download the schedule and edit it without having to be attached to the robot. That is very annoying!
Not great - can’t see much
This ap is awful. It takes forever to load, I can barely see anything it doesnt connect to the mower.
Robot gets stuck app doesn’t connect
After 3 years now. The robot gets stuck all the time. Most of the time if I turn it back on and hit start it gets out of it. Which tells me if it was programmed to either go straight back or forward it would work a lot better. It likes to crank the wheels hard when stuck. It’s infuriating I’ve watched it do this when it actually kind of works. At this point just go forward but it cranks wheels opposite direction and ends up in same spot

It continues to be the worst app
This is the most frustrating piece of software I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I’m done.
Not recommended
The map location usually puts my mower in a field miles away. Tricky to keep an eye on my mower I have to relocate my lawn manually. When a fault occurs the app locks you out of control options. You have to connect next to the mower via Bluetooth or mower controls to do anything.
After using a Husqvarna robot & app for years its has its issues, the Ambrogio mower is better the controls are really nothing like as good. Simple intuitive controls should be the starting point.

App & GPS
Despite being excellent machine the App has small icons which are difficult to interpret & no GPS requiring 1-2-1 machine constant resetting
Robot good, app awful.
Had robot for 3 years. Works well and feels sturdy. App worked but was a bit hit and miss, however since various updates it stopped working and will no longer connect with robot at all. Shame as the robot has been great and feels well made.

I have been struggling with getting my machine too work with my mobile phone and display the map and it's location on it since I renewed my subscription.
The dealer came and had a quick look at it and re-installed the software on the machine and I am running the latest app but I keep trying with no result. I've gone right next to the machine and I've made sure the machine is within Wi-Fi. All the screens on the machine indicate that it is picking up Wi-Fi and cloud but still, I can't get both of them to recognise each other.

New app new bugs
It crashes between 1/2 and 1/3 of the time. It use to pull up Bluetooth but now doesn’t you have to connect via phone Bluetooth. I liked last one better.
Superb mower. Useless app. Non existent support. Absent updates.
This app, in comparison to the husqvarna is virtually unusable. The app is so bad that, despite how well the mower copes with uneven lawns and mole hills my next mower (replacing a Husqvarna) won’t be an Ambrogio.

Keeps crashing whenever you try to do anything.

Terrible app, poor products
The app is absolutely awful. Very slow and buggy, with a poor feature set. If the company cared at all it would be trivially easy to make it significantly better.

I needed to update mower firmware for app to stop crashing. No warning of this in app
Issues with update for twenty elite s9+
Can’t download and update formware on robot, app keeps saying theres an update but after 30mins update button is still disabled and update is not beeing downloaded.

I don't recommend this mower anymore. The software crashes to a point where the robot can no longer be set up. The app crashes when entering any settings. My robot is also now crashing with dumped cores. I suspect this app corrupted its memory on the last update. Time to look at a different brand.
Please sort the app out
It only shows location erratically and doesn’t send messages when it starts and stops.
