Terrible support, poorly written, and sometimes wrong
For a service that costs an extortionate amount of money and preys on vulnerable medical students and IMGs, Amedex has comically terrible customer support. The questions have lots of spelling and grammatical errors, explanations have no standardisation to them, sometimes the correct/incorrect answers are not explained or even mentioned in the explanations! To add, there is often a lack of up to date resources linked in the references and the ones that are linked are often broken links (one redirected me to the website for a GP practice rather than the Asthma Guidelines it meant to be). In summary, questions are written to a shockingly poor standard, there is absolutely zero customer support or service, references and explanations are frequently missing, incorrect, outdated, or broken. The UI is absolutely horrendous and there is no dedicated Mac app. It is blatant that this is a pure cash-grab and that the owners/developers prioritise profit over everything else!

Price to quality mismatch is beyond comprehension
The quality of this app vs the amount you pay for the it beyond funny of how horrible and negligent it is to even call this an app. Might as well remove it from the store.
