Can’t Purchase Tokens
It’s a great app. I was able to send one postcard after getting a token for monthly credit. But it says the purchasing of tokens has been suspended. It’s a bummer.
Waste
Sent all of my photos back to me, even though the address was correct in the app. And when I got the postcards back, the ink was all smeared like they couldn’t be bothered to let it dry before handling it

Never delivered
I did two cards to my loved one and was done on the same date they have not yet been delivered. Not happy at all because this was for their birthday and was trying to brighten his day but still waiting for the cards to be delivered by usps and this was done back in January
Perfect for phone photos
This is perfect for sending a picture to your family and friends that are incarcerated. Less hassle for both you and the institution. Let’s you know when it’s expected delivery date is and once delivered you are notified.

I love it I appreciate it and I value it. Most facilities don’t allow photos sent personally and pictures help get my loved ones through and they get to have a piece of me with them it matters because they matter the image quality is good and they arrive within said dates

Been using ameelio for years now. They never disappoint
They send letters to loved ones for free. Sometimes behind the wall all you have are your letters as a chance to escape. I appreciate you guys for holding it down

This app is wonderful
This app is wonderful. It gets smell much faster than pigeon or any other app. It’s much cheaper and it goes to a good cause I would use this app over any other Prison app.

I absolutely love using Ameelio to let my husband know that I’m thinking of him and sending him photos of our son. It’s hard to sit down and write hand written letters when you work a lot and have a toddler, so being able to type out my letters and also send pics with Ameelio has been a game changer. Forever grateful for this app!

This app is ok. It’s definitely affordable. I feel like sometimes shipping takes ridiculously long time. The customer service just isn’t there and if you have an issue, there’s just nothing you can do about it.

Ameelio has been a great tool to send pictures & yearly calendars to my son incarcerated- it has brought him uplifting emotions to help pass his time. Also keeping him in connection to See family events -special school events for his daughter and best of all you can’t beat the price on another type of service. Thank you

I wrote a letter & it didn’t move from create the letter I wrote after got there before the original letter! & i can’t find away to contact someone to ask how come my letter did not move from create to in transit to deliver! It also would say in transit for a while then a few days later it will say create, it just be allll over the place not ok.

If you have a loved one who is incarcerated then you should get this. It’s convenient and easy to use. It lets you know when to expect the person to receive it and when it’s actually delivered to them.
