Can’t Purchase Tokens
It’s a great app. I was able to send one postcard after getting a token for monthly credit. But it says the purchasing of tokens has been suspended. It’s a bummer.
Waste
Sent all of my photos back to me, even though the address was correct in the app. And when I got the postcards back, the ink was all smeared like they couldn’t be bothered to let it dry before handling it

So helpful and convenient as well as most affordable to stay in touch with loved ones. Most helpful and your loved ones truly appreciated staying connected :)
Never delivered
I did two cards to my loved one and was done on the same date they have not yet been delivered. Not happy at all because this was for their birthday and was trying to brighten his day but still waiting for the cards to be delivered by usps and this was done back in January
Perfect for phone photos
This is perfect for sending a picture to your family and friends that are incarcerated. Less hassle for both you and the institution. Let’s you know when it’s expected delivery date is and once delivered you are notified.
