Sucks
My smart meter was hacked twice this year so far and now for the past couple weeks the app says “Oops! Daily usage data is unavailable.” Ameren installed a new meter and reversed the charges and I couldn’t see daily usage for over a month. It worked for about a week now it’s always unavailable.
Every few days the app made me have to go through setting up a finger print again too, which sucks. Never had problem with any other app and biometrics.
Other than that, it’s swell when it works. Don’t know why it takes Ameren a couple days to push out everyone’s meter reading when they collect it daily and every 15 minutes. The smart pricing is a sham too. I had it for about a year and what a rip. And why didn’t Illinois approve plug in solar like other states. Friggin’ monopolies are psychopaths. Data centers moving in and raising rates for everyone else bc of s&d, yet the state and electric union don’t pass plug in solar. Another reason to gtf out of Illi!

Logs off immediately
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app and every time I try to log in to my account it immediately logs me back out before I can see anything. I can’t even set up Face ID before it just start logging me out.
Ameren kills the American dream
Crooked monopoly with rates that change to grow at peak usage times leaving customers with an absurd bill. They make sure it doesn’t matter if you have solar panels lining your roof or if you’re a part of one of their lousy programs. Ameren will make sure they do what it takes to charge customers the most obtuse amount without a choice.

App updated today 7/24/26. Still doesn’t work. Won’t load on updated iphone 14. Hasn’t worked in 2 years. Ameren still don’t care.
App is always down
I moved out into my first apartment on my own. First 3 days of me trying to get into Ameren was completely unavailable on app and online. Today I went to see my Usage and that part is unnaccessible. I cannot view how much I’m using. Everyday has been an issue using this app.
