White screen of Death
App updated today 7/24/26. Still doesn’t work. Won’t load on updated iphone 14. Hasn’t worked in 2 years. Ameren still don’t care.
App is always down
I moved out into my first apartment on my own. First 3 days of me trying to get into Ameren was completely unavailable on app and online. Today I went to see my Usage and that part is unnaccessible. I cannot view how much I’m using. Everyday has been an issue using this app.
Horrible
Log in 20 million times and loads so slow.
App doesn’t work
This app is terrible anytime you login it spins logs you in and then it says your session has expired immediately after signing in. It just loops and loop like a never ending cycle. I now have to login via safari don’t waste your time downloading this app doesn’t do anything.
Do not recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Glitches don’t even allow you to view your bill. Please fix this, Ameren!
Useless
You cannot login. Immediately after login the app logs you back out. No matter how many times you uninstall it continues to crash.

App hasn’t worked for me in months. Please push an update that will allow this app to work again. Always messing with a good thing.
Can’t access account. Ameren won’t resolve.
I just have to result using quick pay from the email link because Ameren won’t fix my account. Very disappointing very disappointing.
Worked great until..
I thought this was a good app for tracking my usage and billing history. Used for 2 years and up until 11/1/25, worked fine. Just a white screen now. Needs update.

Started off good then white screen upon opening app and stays at that screen.
Haven’t been able to fully open and access the app for almost 2 years now. I’ve done everything in my power to fix the issue. Via what google recommended. Support hasn’t been useful either. SOS
Garbage.
Ameren rakes in billions, and only raises rates… you would think their app would function for more than a month without needing to be updated. It won’t keep me signed in, is clunky and time consuming.
Bad version or not fully thought out?
I needed to report an outage but this update did its best to not let me do anything.
- first I was forced to get this new version. You know what happens when power is out…the Internet is down. Living in a rural area with spotty phone service on clear days then took 10-15 minutes rather the 10 seconds on WiFi.
- then I used FaceId to login but it wanted me to create a new account with a page of data even though I have an account.
- I went back to the Home Screen to login without FaceID and it hung trying to log me out
- After restarting the app, I went directly to the Outage tab where it told me my phone/address didn’t match their records. Luckily it worked the second time.

Disappointing and frustrating.
It’s awful, took me forever to get it to accept my log in and now it won’t let me do anything. It just keeps popping up asking if I want to extend my session or log out every few seconds.
White screen nothingness!!!
I’ve had the app for years, and since the update all I get is a white screen. NOTHING ELSE. I am so confused why Ameren has done nothing to correct this issue thus far after the countless reviews I’ve read talking about the lack accessibility to the app? I’m sure I’m just wasting my breath!
High cost
The monthly cost are extremely to high!. No matter how I try and save bill is still high.

The app now lets me get to log in screen then keeps flashing extend session or logout, over and over! I finally got logged in and it took my info yesterday but wouldn’t submit my payment, has the app been hacked?
Instead when it just hung on submit! I closed it and went on web to make my bill pay! I sure hope it’s just a glitch, not hacked! I had reported this problem to Ameren last month! But nothing ! User be wear!
