Not able to update
I am required to update this app but when printing to it keeps saying open. Because of this situation I am not able to use this app until there is a fix. I even deleted the app and reinstalled and the same thing is happening.
Face ID
Keep having to remove app and reinstall app to get Face ID to work. Toggling on/off inside app app doesn’t work. Toggling on/off in main iOS settings doesn’t work either.
Need help
I never had a problem with this app until I moved back to Milwaukee and now I can’t sign back into it anymore
A few flaws
Overall enjoy this app, but a few things are pretty flawed with mobile deposits. When taking a picture of the front and back of a check, the app crops and distorts the image of the check even when all 4 corners of a check are completely visible within the designated capture frame. It continuously cuts off the endorsed signatures on the back of my checks. Secondly, it won’t allow me to review my check images after the app crops them until AFTER you complete the mobile deposit. When I try to see if the check images were taken correctly (only to find that the app once again cut off a portion of the check), there is no way for me to cancel or delete that pending deposit. I need to wait until an employee manually denies the transaction before I can try again. Very frustrating!
