Love the Bank…….not the updated app!
Love this bank, the people and the online banking ability. Why doesn’t the new app work with biometrics? This piece is maddening! Why isn’t this being addressed?
App update login issues
App is pretty useful, but with the recent update, the biometrics doesn’t “stick”. When I login, I select the “Save sign-on ID” option and the “Ensble biometrics “ option, but both default to off the next time I login after the app closes.
Check deposit process needs improvement
App is great except it doesn’t capture my checks for deposit automatically. Otherwise very useful.

Have been with American Bank for well over 20 years and I don't have the command of enough adjectives to adequately praise them!!👍
