Online Deposit
It is so difficult to use online deposit on this app. It is very picky for no apparent reason and often takes upwards of 10 minutes just retaking pictures of the back of the check in order to deposit a check.
Check deposits rarely work
I have so much trouble getting the check deposit to read and accept the deposit. It tells me how to sign the back of the check, and I do it — with clear writing! — and it still fails. Very frustrating
