App not service
The app barely works. With the new update to iOS need to delete and re download it to work. Apple Pay hasn’t worked in months. Needs a major update. Car service is great though.

No longer works on iOS 18
Just recently updated to iOS 18 and this app no longer works. It has not been updated in over 3 years. I’ve used this app heavily over the last number of years to travel and pay. Fingers crossed it is updated!

terrible app
Been using for years and each time my credit card expires it asks for a new card and won’t let me enter the same number with a new expiration date. It says card is already on file. my work around was Apple pay which it stopped accepting today. i cannot enter a new card or update an existing one.

Get a real app developer
Good app for ordering car. Terrible on accepting payments—so frustrating when in a hurry at airport!
Good reliable car service
I’ve never had an issue booking a car through American Blue. The service is good, the drivers are good and very reliable. The drivers are always on time and waiting for you when you arrive at the airport. I’ve had no issue storing payment information on the app. I’ve paid on the app including tips multiple times.

worst app ever
If zero stars was an option I would pick it. The app does not allow you to book a reservation. Needs to be scrapped and a new one creates.
Terrible app even worse service
Tracking won’t work, no contact info on the app, dispatch won’t answer even when you find their number online, no customer service whatsoever.
Lots of bugs
I want to use the app but can’t get past the initial screen after log in due to bugs. Poor user experience. Too bad because now will use another private car service.
Can't Enter CC info
If you want to use the app to pay, forget it, won't take your CC info? Good for booking the ride, looking at past orders and that's about it. To bad, it be nice to pay and leave a tip thru the app. One thing less to do at the airport.
Don't waive your rights
To use app, required to click an obnoxious waiver of all rights I have to sue if hurt bc of driver negligence. No way I'm doing that. You just lost a customer.
Very useable
The latest version of the app is pretty good. No obvious bugs. Allows you to provide flight info and track driver. Not much else to add. Not sure how secure it is so I don't add my credit card info
Works I guess, but really awful
For times when you can't use Uber (say from the airport or want a scheduled pickup) I use American Taxi. The app works (aside from far too frequent crashes) but it's really exceptionally ugly and a pain to use. Plus, the icon is the worst I have ever seen.

Horrible App
This app is the absolute worst. I like American Blue, but the app is the worst I have ever used. It crashes constantly requiring me to re enter my user name and password. The information does not load smoothly. It is more work to use the app than to not use it.
Crashes or freezes
I've had to cancel my trip numerous times due to the app freezing when pulling up existing orders and checking ETA. In all occasions I had to arrange other transportation such as Uber. I hope this is corrected considering it's a good service when working.
