Nope

This game isn’t good enough to overcome politically correct censorship. Removed the Confederate flag…on a Civil War game?

F*** you.

Terrible on iPhone 12!

The developer isn’t even good enough to use the whole display. It’s impossible to play. LOL Junk Deleted.

Good implementation

I’ve played the board game ACW Solitaire which this app is a good implementation. Faithfully recreates the game except for combat which is instant when forces move into an enemy area. The board game has a separate phase for combat after all movement. Game runs great and does everything the board game accomplishes. Really enjoying it. Takes a few turns to get used to the interface but goes smoothly after that.

My favorite mobile game

A simple but deep strategy game. Very historical because the developer has done his homework. When I bought my iPhone, I was disappointed that this game was no longer available. But now it’s back!

Algorithms for combat are skewed

The game mechanics are ok. The game could be fun- BUT; the games' combat algorithms are skewed wildly in favor of the confederates. Lee is given the highest rating of all the generals FROM THE BEGINNING- I would argue this was not the case early as the valley campaign demonstrates. Additionally, the southern troops were no better tactically early than the north. But due to the poor combat results modifiers, Lee wins over 90% of all his fights, regardless of opponent or even relative strength, or of the time of year. Also, is the south can build forts in every city, something impossible due to logistical constraints from 1861-1865.
