No support, functions don't work.
Look elsewhere, this is an awful app! I did have success in finding candidates for my elderly mother through them a few years ago but no effort has been put into creating a functional app or website.

Bug
I installed the app nannyservices.ca, and for some reason it was fully in Russian and set to a Russian location!
It did detect my actual location, but it still required a Russian phone number for confirmation, which is really weird.
It added the correct address automatically, but I still had to enter it manually — and since I live in CANADA, I can’t add my CANADIAN address because, HELLO, it still thinks I’m somewhere in MOSCOW??

We have found multiple Cleaners/mother’s helpers on this app that have helped us with everything from organizing our house, weekly, Cleaning, cooking to looking after our children. Would highly recommend!
