This app was really easy to use for me. The only downside is it drained my battery quite a bit, BUT, I do have an older iPhone š

Travel Survey (Texas)
Survey was easier to complete than I imagined. It was actually fun. I was able to reschedule the start date due to having difficulty downloading the app to my out of date phone.

This was actually AMAZING!!! There were Absolutely NO issues whatsoever. My battery only went down 25-30%; which was WONDERFUL! The Communication from the Travel Survey company were SPOT-ON! I actually ENJOYED taking the survey & trusting the App to do what it said it would & it DEFINITELY Delivered! Thank You, Ian & ETC Survey!!! Yall are SUPER AMAZING!!!

Appreciation
Iām not really tech savvy and I had issues with setting up the app with my phone. Thankfully I was able to schedule a call through the app for the next day. I couldnāt navigate the battery optimization but the person on the phone was really nice a great help with navigating through my settings. Really is simple if you call with help over the phone.

The app is a scam
The people working for this company are literal scammers, they call you on unrecorded lines and harass you and force you to take a survey. I stated Iām unable to complete it he said āwhat do you mean you canāt complete it? Yes you canā I said Iāve already said 4 times I canāt do it. He said āoh really 4 times? What are you fat? Do you need to take diet pills?ā Yall I was literally shocked thank God for apple and being able to record a conversation. I immediately filed a report with user interviews and I requested to be placed on a DO NOT CALL. I also will be reaching out to the police if I continue to receive threatening and harassing calls.

Scam
I donāt know how Apple can allow them to be in the App Store. Itās a straight up scam. Nobody ever calls when scheduled and no reward is ever give.
Donāt do it
Iāve done about 10 surveys in the past few years. All have been fair - you participate and you get paid. Not this one. I completed the survey weeks ago but was never paid. My emails have gone unanswered. Unscrupulous.
No incentive
It has been over two months since I completed the travel survey, and I have yet to receive the promised incentive. Despite following up and being assured it would be sent, I still havenāt received any update or reward.
