Waste of time

Good in theory, if only the folks working in border control knew what was going on, had a smidge more protectiveness, and weren’t totally understaffed. I essentially left one queue for another, took as long as it would have if I’d stayed.

Aggravating

It was very difficult to proceed once I put information in. I would hit next and it would not submit and move onto the next page. It wouldn’t let me enter my passport or complete my profile I just gave up.

Good Enough for Government Work

Really excellent app. Intuitive to use and gets me through the passport line in under ten seconds. You’d think Global Entry was fast, but this is faster. Way faster. Cannot recommend enough!
