Works good, helps skip lines
App worked fine
Problem is Charlotte airport has you go thru regular line and was not using MPC. They did have a line for it but directed everyone to regular line because it was faster. Those who were foreigners could use line.

CLT MPC slower than non-MPC
Incredible as it seems the MPC line in Charlotte simply does not move. I finally had to go to the regular line which uses Face ID technology and moves very quickly. MPC is terrible.
Easy directions and saves time
I’ve applied to Global Entry twice and have been rejected twice for an incident in high school that should have been expunged. This app has saved me the $100 processing fee and I get through faster than Global since my husband and I race each other. LOL.

Last 3 times I have tried to use this at Newark or jfk, I am told to go into the general hour long wait line anyways, and the staff dont even know what I am talking about anyways. Don’t get peoples hopes up just to have them wait in line anyways
