It’s a hit or miss
This app is amazing when it leads to a faster immigration line, particularly when you’re making a tight connection. But it’s a hit or miss. It’s more of an experiment. There is no consistency in its effectiveness. Some airports won’t honor it at all, even if they are included in the list of covered airports, which makes it a waste of time.

The last 2 times I’ve been through customs MPC has been closed. It would be beneficial to know this before we get to the area so we don’t do all the work, take pictures of 6 people and then have to get farther back in line bc we were doing the pics. Or just let us know this is closed down in Dallas.

App works fine. Execution is a failure.
“Streamline your US arrival.” Yeah. Right. Upon arrival at ORD, they direct you to the green card/legal resident line and you stand there and watch while everyone passes you.

JFK is a mess because of a lot factors and MPC was not helpful
