Unable to scan passport … dont waste your time
App no longer functional
The Airside app no longer functions. User can log in, but it does not connect to wifi or work on cellular data. I then select “Retry” and also attempted to “use offline”. When I “use offline” and attempt to update a credential, it asks me to login again. I have verified through other apps (browsers, etc) that my device is indeed online. This process is cyclical and reproducible, so clearly a major bug.

Mobile passport was wonderful
This app doesn’t work!
Had to use different emails for each iPhone but it worked out.
We contacted Airside to see if we could use the same email address on our two phones to set up profiles. It wouldn’t let us in the end, but Dave did his best to find a way for us to get set up! He kept getting back to us with suggestions to try. We’re happy with the help provided and it didn’t take Dave long to respond to us. We were also a bit concerned because we read another review that said the App didn’t work with Canadian passports, but ours worked.

Doesn’t Read Canadian Passports
The chip reader function fails and there is no way to bypass this step. Renders the whole process useless.
