What's New in myORCA

1.7.3

May 16, 2026

We've updated the app with usability and accessibility improvements, and other bug fixes.

User reviews

Only good to manage balance. No digital pay on iPhone.

Pretty much as the title, app doesn’t let you pay for a ride. Android users can though. Good for the rare need to manage your balance.

App STILL won’t let you add a payment method

Others complained back in May 2026 and the app has not been fixed. Can’t add a payment method. The action screen flashes then POOF! Nothing. It’s still broken. Not good.

Useless App for a great card

Well, it says my phone number is invalid so I can’t load my card from my phone. Oh, and I can’t click through to my profile or anything else. So why does this even exist? Please fix this mess.

Can’t sign up

Don’t bother trying to sign up through the app. Can’t load doesn’t know the answer to its own bot questions and won’t even let you create the security answers it wants you to make before setting up the account. Only a brain dead idiot would mess up making an app to make it simpler to use

Good but log-in sometimes is unreliable

The app is good enough for a transit card app. It gets the job done. It lets you add money to cards, link cards to your account, set up auto-pay when the balance gets too low, and lets you see transaction history. The one thing that I will note is that the log-in system can be unreliable. I don’t know what the cause is, but I think it is when you turn on a VPN in a foreign country. That’s my hypothesis, I’m not sure what the exact cause is, though.
