Picture me and my wheelchair happy to be able to go where I want!
I’m normally able to do what I want and go where I want but since an unexpected fall and surgery, I’m in a wheelchair far away from home. Elias and your Yellow Cab were bright spots this morning because he took me to church, which was so amazing to be doing what I love to do. Elias was careful and considerate and I really enjoyed the ride. Thank you, Yellow Cab! Thank you, Elias!

Bad ride
I’m cancer patient using yellow cab long time now but today driver TARIKU took the longest route he could find to run the meter up . Usually about 29.00 to 32.00 dollars to get home from Fred hutch. TARIKU cost us $49.25 over charge
Positive experiences
Seattle Yellow Cab, in all my experiences, has been outstanding. I always schedule ahead of time on the app— and drivers always show up early (which is great). Very nice drivers— and very efficient. Also, very fair rates compared to the criminal amounts being charged by uber and Lyft in Seattle. Yellow Cab is outstanding.

Price estimates misleading
I usually take the yellowcab to/from SeaTac airport but the estimated cost for short trip was way off! It estimated me 6-8 and ended up costing 15 bucks for a short trip
Deceptive
Jfc let your drivers use Google Maps instead of whatever mickey mouse routing app they’re on now. EVERY TIME it takes a wildly indirect route just to jack up the meter. Estimates consistently $5-10 less than actual cost not including tip.
