UI improvements and bug fixes

User reviews

Simplicity matches the service.

At first the app seems buggy but we are used to over complicated offerings. jSX has few offerings and keep it simple so the app matches that simplicity. I also don’t feel like I’m being over marketed to. I like it.

Dark mode logo

Small glitch happening. When I save the app into a folder instead of directly on iOS home screen, the black dark mode logo is replaced by the red logo. If I move to home screen or tap on the folder, the black dark mode app reappears.

Non functional

It’s impossible to pick a home city while signing up, which is a requirement for new account creation. Which means it’s impossible to create a new account in the app.

Can’t view upcoming flights in app

You can view or manage your flights from within the app (there’s a data error) and you need to go to the web to view it. Seems like a persistent error as it’s been this way for over a week. Not a good look for a premium airline.

App is no good

It surprises me for an airline that advertises itself as a premium option, has as bad of an app as they do. It’s awful. Doesn’t work have the time, data fields don’t load, received constant error messages that it can’t connect to mobile app services, which means you can’t pick seats or change flight details unless you call in. Really bad
