My local convenience store has a better app
This is a multi property CONGLOMERATE- why is the app so poor? So many other casinos have better apps. Looks -10, function-2

Not sure why it’s so low life always has a great experience using the app
No way to pull up reservation made through third party
Even after calling the front desk and getting the Wynn confirmation number and using that to pull up an existing reservation, it doesn’t work. App is useless to me.
Does not work
I pay in advance, it says you’ll get a text. Nothing. I forgot pw. It says you’ll get an email. Nothing.
Nothing works
My goodness, this is the worst hotel app ever. No screen advances. Can’t pull reservations. After ID me verification, screen stays blank. What’s worse is that we can’t do this on the website and are forced to come to this dead end off a website.
