My local convenience store has a better app
This is a multi property CONGLOMERATE- why is the app so poor? So many other casinos have better apps. Looks -10, function-2

Not sure why it’s so low life always has a great experience using the app
No way to pull up reservation made through third party
Even after calling the front desk and getting the Wynn confirmation number and using that to pull up an existing reservation, it doesn’t work. App is useless to me.
Does not work
I pay in advance, it says you’ll get a text. Nothing. I forgot pw. It says you’ll get an email. Nothing.
Nothing works
My goodness, this is the worst hotel app ever. No screen advances. Can’t pull reservations. After ID me verification, screen stays blank. What’s worse is that we can’t do this on the website and are forced to come to this dead end off a website.
Useless App
Nothing works. Clicking anything generates a grey screen or endless spinning wheel. Doesn’t recognize hotel confirmation or process ID verification. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times. For a top tier hotel, the phone app is absolute trash.
Glitchy, no dark mode
The app crashes a lot, and loading screens take a long time. If you leave the app for just a second it resets everything which wastes a ton of time
What is it good for
Most important thing for app is check in. Doesn’t seem to do that. I don’t need an app to be marketed too
Wynn Failing
The Wynn app doesn’t work for anything. Booking rooms, making dinner reservations, nothing.
Pointless. Doesn’t enable checkin or room key
This app does NOT let you check into the Vegas Wynn. It does NOT give you a digital room key. It does NOT get you into parking. It basically does nothing useful. Instead you still have to wait in line to check in which took me over an hour and half because this hotel doesn’t have working kiosks and the front desk is woefully understaffed.

Who developed this app? I hope Wynn didn’t pay much!
This app is so glitchy. The online check in user experience is terrible. I uploaded my drivers license to verify my identification. It didn’t work. Then I tried to use of the other options from the app…using Google. After going thru the full process I got an error stating that Google does not comply to the ID.me security policy. Then why is it an option on the app? I don’t think the person who developed this app has ever tried to use it…or traveled. Period.

Terrible! Nothing works!
Updated the app today. Now, the My Account section won’t open. The account page goes grey, I get the spinning icon and the app freezes! I’ve forced closed the app many times, but the prob keeps repeating. And when I first opened the app after updating to the newest version, I got a weird pop up that says “Payment cards and passes in Wallet will not work automatically when Wynn app is open.” WTH! I stay at the Wynn four or more times a year. I have stays scheduled for early September and November. I need the app to work! FIX IT NOW!!!!!
