I misspelled my password doesn’t mean you can lock my account without a reason.I have never had an issue till now.Hopefully this will be fixed soon

It will not allow me to open this app nor am I able to get return call from host to ask about booking any trips or how to use the so call comps that come w tier credits I’ve ask more then once seems I was told I’m not important enough to get a call back i certainly do love Caesar’s and all employees I’ve met they are great I’m just not sure on how to utilize the benefits of levels on rewards in fact the wrap up gifts I’ve tried to use and never was able to do so and of course now they are invalid and I feel like I’ve wasted all the good comps due to lack of knowledge about who or how to get the best benefits on the services thank you

App does not work. It will not verify email. It gives an error and says “well this is embarrassing” it sure is! And when it tries to verify and fails the cancel button is broke. You have to quit the app and start over. It will not look up your existing reservation. Nor will it allow you to make new reservations as your email will not verify. Not a great start to our trip. Should have booked elsewhere.

Been trying to update my address in the app several times it says thank you changes have been saved and it keeps reverting back to the old address so I do not receive your pieces in the mail. My cops have been wiped out total garbage.
