App doesn’t always work
The app is very hard to use especially when trying to book an offer. Some offers are no problem; while clicking on other offers my phone appears to have technical difficulties. My phone is not the issue. Just in case I have restarted it several times and it does nothing to help. My husband has the app as well on his yet has no issues whatsoever.

Hosted vip player and I’ve never gotten anything from them.
A hosted vip player with hefty losses and other than all losses every single game every single session for months I have not gotten a single thing in terms of loyalty. I think I got $50 Uber Eats card like one time. That is 0.00125% of my losses.

Too slow. UK not allowed.
You spend ages trying to register with the wheel of death going round for ever. Then when you finally get in, it says people from the UK are not allowed.

After the latest update the app no longer shows how many tier credits are needed to get to the next tier. It says platinum status pending when I know I’m close to diamond status.

Can’t access the app
I am able to access caesars.com but cannot on the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it says “We are experiencing some problems right now. Please check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, please check back later.” This has been going on for two days.
Not working
Never had a problem with this app and thought it was pretty good until the latest update. The app doesn’t work now can’t even get into the app. Tried to uninstall and reinstall that doesn’t work.
