Easy, Seamless
I downloaded this right before my trip to Excalibur Las Vegas. Received text alerts when my room was ready, the app gave me my room number before I arrived and getting my room keys at the kiosk by scanning the in-app QR code was super easy and convenient. I enjoyed being able to buy tickets for attractions in app as well. Lots of information on resort amenities, dining options, reservations etc. truly flawless experience.

For some reason, after the update of this app I can’t log in. Went to the website and can’t log in there either. Do better
Gives you a digital key but not room number
App is completely pointless for checking in without queuing at the front desk as it doesn’t show the room number! I spend ages putting my ID into the app and all for nothing.
Slow
This app is trash. Seeing a long splash screen every time I want to use my digital key is abrasive. Logouts constantly. When I open your access app, I want my room key instantly.
This app is indicative of the quality of your hotel, which is also trash.
