Trying to schedule work for alto
Completely garbage nobody ever tells us when the schedule comes out I hardly ever get any days a week because of this trash company never telling there drivers when the schedule is supposed to come out sometimes it’s between 10 and 11 sometimes it’s 6 sometimes it’s around 9:30 I’m not spending my whole damn day on the website looking for when the damn schedule comes out DO BETTER ALTO

Service is fine, but when this app is down…🙄
There is really no way to get support when the app isn’t working. You try calling the help line they send you back to the app. Where are the humans?
No airport service
Who wants to wait 15-20 minutes for every single Alto ride AND have no airport service? No thanks Alto. Change it back and I’ll change my review.

Nice car, good ride with nice driver who spoke English!
Price gouging, non-existent customer service
Raised price on me by $20 extra when I scheduled my ride for 40 min later because no rides were currently available. I unknowingly booked the ride without noticing the upcharge. So for the inconvenience of waiting almost an extra hour I was actually charged significantly more. Customer service refuses to call back despite multiple attempts made to reach out to them.
