Trying to schedule work for alto
Completely garbage nobody ever tells us when the schedule comes out I hardly ever get any days a week because of this trash company never telling there drivers when the schedule is supposed to come out sometimes it’s between 10 and 11 sometimes it’s 6 sometimes it’s around 9:30 I’m not spending my whole damn day on the website looking for when the damn schedule comes out DO BETTER ALTO

Service is fine, but when this app is down…🙄
There is really no way to get support when the app isn’t working. You try calling the help line they send you back to the app. Where are the humans?
No airport service
Who wants to wait 15-20 minutes for every single Alto ride AND have no airport service? No thanks Alto. Change it back and I’ll change my review.

Nice car, good ride with nice driver who spoke English!
Price gouging, non-existent customer service
Raised price on me by $20 extra when I scheduled my ride for 40 min later because no rides were currently available. I unknowingly booked the ride without noticing the upcharge. So for the inconvenience of waiting almost an extra hour I was actually charged significantly more. Customer service refuses to call back despite multiple attempts made to reach out to them.

Over Priced
I needed a ride from dallas airport. I downloaded and signed into the app to find that it was 175$ (with $20 off my first ride) to my house in richardson (25 minutes away)
Useless when there are no cars
This is the most frenetic app ever. Searching the same route 3 times in 10 minutes results in wildly different “estimated” fares every time with no indication what the total will be. But worse than that, once you confirm the ride you find out there are no cars available. A total waste and failure of concept.

Fraudulent Charge
Got signed up for a membership despite never having signed up or providing my info. Not sure how this happened but seems super fraudulent.

When flying into Dallas have several options for ride to Office. Alto is my first choice. Short wait time clean electric vehicle. Friendly courteous driver. A little more expensive, but well worth it .

Poor attempts to be black service
Alto dresses pretty for the dance, but regularly fails to perform. The rides are always 20-30 minutes away from airport pickups - what’s worse is on too many occasions their driver’s get confused finding the ride share pickup and have to loop around the airport causing further delays. Today’s ride picked me up 20mins later than expected.

Deceptive business practices
I’ve never willingly subscribed to the membership of this company. I just downloaded the app and was trying to see its features but according to my banking account, I was charged $12 membership. Another predatory business that benefits from our out lack of time and attention to read the fine print before downloading or creating an account. Avoid.

Given Up on Alto
I have truly tried to be a user of Alto. But the website is so misleading! I received an offer for $10 off of a ride. But, on their website, I can figure out how to use the $10 coupon. This has happened on many occasions. It’s quite obvious that Alto doesn’t want you to use their coupon. I like the rides on Alto, but their charges are twice as much as Uber or Lyft, and coupons are worthless.

They bribe airports and get fancy cars, charge double everyone else… all to hire low skill drivers that take twice as long to get to you.
App is a joke
All I’m trying to do is get a quote as a guest and when you select your location it just resets and resets. Tap select tap select tap select, doesn’t go anywhere. What kind of business are you people running? Get real. Deleted.

These folks are the best! The fantastic customer service support team was very helpful and understanding. Extremely comfortable and clean vehicle, with a safe minded driver behind the wheel, who was very nice. Highly recommend the membership if you frequent ride sharing services.

Needs ability to add multiple stops
Without the ability to add multiple stops this app is useless! If you want to get picked up at point A and make multiple stops, and then get dropped off back in spot A it will stop and end the trip as soon as you get picked. This is so short sided. Also wait times are extremely long 30+ minutes! Great drivers but horrible app.
