Don’t waste your money
This used to be a reliable app but now you prepay for parking and when you try to check in, the QR code doesn’t work and they want you to pay again. Filing fraud charges with my credit card since I had already prepaid. The app no longer works properly
Could not find reservation.
I did reservation and received confirmation email with reference number however at the Houston airport app could not find my reservation to update it. I called but they just transferred each other.
Very useful during TSA slowdown
Very helpful to show real-time updates on departure times and gates
Good app, they need a dev environment
The app is good and getting better but they don’t apparently use a development environment because I’m getting spam “test” messages from their developers for the past 30+ minutes. They need to invest in a dev environment as this is really unprofessional.
Useless
Airport terminal map does not show Gate number locations.
