Annoying company and app
I hate receiving marketing messages from this company every day or what seems like every day, including all the notifications from the app, but also the emails. It’s all goofy stuff too, like how I “unlocked” an extended discount a little bit ago, only I didn’t do anything. I cannot begin to communicate how much I despise marketing that is set up like that.
I can understand how some people might find that a welcome intrusion, but I don’t. And, it’s all or nothing with the notifications. I want to disable all marketing notifications entirely and keep any that might be useful from a pure utility perspective. As infrequently as I need to use something like Parking Spot, I don’t care what promotions are going on. Not one little bit.

Friendly
Drivers are friendly and carry your luggage on and off the shuttle. Most of them will put the luggage in your car when needed.
A money grab, like everything else.
Pay more for covered. Pay more to be picked up by a shuttle. Pay more if you want to pay later. Everyone is out to screw you these days and this lot are no different.

Terrible customer service. Had 10 days parking and they never credited my account for the days. Also charged rack rate of $15/day instead of the $10 I agreed to. I’ll never go back there.
Can’t redeem points!
I can never find an easy way to redeem points. App sucks!
