I can never find an easy way to redeem points. App sucks!
Great airport parking
This was the first time using this parking since park 2 Go closed. This will be our new parking spot when we travel out of town. The way they pick you up when you park and return you right back to the same spot to retrieve your car. We didn’t wait long at all. Thank you “The Parking Spot”.
Bad Service
The parking lot itself is fine, but the shuttle service needs serious improvement. There are never any pickups for Terminal C arrivals. Drivers seem to focus on dropping off departing passengers and then drive right past the arrival pickup area without stopping. This leads to long waits and unnecessary frustration after a flight. The shuttle service needs to be more reliable and make consistent pickups at Terminal C arrivals.

Can’t opt out of tracking
I had been quite satisfied with the app, although the daily rate to park in Philadelphia had taken a big jump. I hadn’t used the app for several months and when I went to make a reservation on my phone I got a pop-up notification about tracking shared with other unnamed apps, with no apparent way to opt out. My reaction is to delete the app and make the reservation on my laptop, where I have more control of tracking activity.
