Top reviews

Simplicity matches the service.

At first the app seems buggy but we are used to over complicated offerings. jSX has few offerings and keep it simple so the app matches that simplicity. I also don’t feel like I’m being over marketed to. I like it.

Dark mode logo

Small glitch happening. When I save the app into a folder instead of directly on iOS home screen, the black dark mode logo is replaced by the red logo. If I move to home screen or tap on the folder, the black dark mode app reappears.

Non functional

It’s impossible to pick a home city while signing up, which is a requirement for new account creation. Which means it’s impossible to create a new account in the app.

Can’t view upcoming flights in app

You can view or manage your flights from within the app (there’s a data error) and you need to go to the web to view it. Seems like a persistent error as it’s been this way for over a week. Not a good look for a premium airline.

App is no good

It surprises me for an airline that advertises itself as a premium option, has as bad of an app as they do. It’s awful. Doesn’t work have the time, data fields don’t load, received constant error messages that it can’t connect to mobile app services, which means you can’t pick seats or change flight details unless you call in. Really bad

Worst airline app I’ve used

Constant problems signing in. So frustrating

App is useless

Every time I try to login, they refuse my password, really annoying..
The entire website is not customer friendly. Where they go, from where is ridiculous!!

Not happy

I booked my flight from Dallas to Vegas in November. At the airport my seat was changed without discussing with me from 12C to 3A.

I am handicapped and I called JSX after booking to specifically request the seat and paid for it.
I need the extra room because I am handicapped.
Very unhappy customer.

User Interface

Quite literally the WORST app I have ever used for any airline. I could have my 10 year old sister create a better app than whatever this is. Great service but wow, shocking how bad this app is.

Fix your password reset on iOS

The login process is a mess. First, my autofilled password from the passwords app doesn’t work all of a sudden even though I’ve used it countless times before. And then once I reset my password and created a new password in Safari, the “Reset Password” button just doesn’t work. Doesn’t work in the Chrome app either. Had to go get on my laptop and wasted about 10 mins. I simply don’t understand how such a simple, critical function for a professional app doesn’t work in 2025.

Love the UI

Glitchy

Great airline. But bad app.

Slick!

Great app! Quick with a nice UI!

Bad update

I cannot even get it to open anymore. Didn’t end up booking and used another flight option because of difficulty

Redundant

Why is it that every-time I open the app I get redirected to a page that says to try out the new improved app?

I already have the “new improved app” I don’t need to be redirected like I’ve been for months now!

Updated App

Your app is unworkable! Didn’t anyone from your company Try to book a ticket to see if the app works? It is ridiculous and really reflects poorly on your company and particularly on your IT department. I wound up having to call and speak with someone directly. To tell you the truth, that wasn’t a great experience either as the operator was talking through a headset, and I could barely understand her. Whoever heads up the department that’s responsible needs a needs to increase their level of professionalism.

Not remembering my trips

When I book a flight on United, then open the JSX app to add the JSX confirmation number, it doesn’t save it under “My Trips” like it should. Please fix.

Inconvenient Login & Hidden Credit Vouchers

Every time I log into the app, I’m forced to reset my password, which is frustrating. Additionally, credit vouchers are difficult to find—they’re hidden within the payment section. To see your available credit, you have to go through the payment process for a flight, which is inconvenient and inefficient.

Won’t populate My Trips

The app seems fine, and I do love the airline. However, I have an upcoming trip and it doesn’t show in My Trips. I can search for it via confirmation code and it pops up, but once I leave the screen it once again says I have no trips.
