You can fly in 5 minutes to or from the airport and skip a two hour drive for the same price as an Uber.
Flight cancelled last minute then trying to charge the full price for a backup car despite T&C
My flight was cancelled because of the weather. That’s fine, but I booked a backup car. In the terms and conditions it says the car will never cost more than uber black which is currently around $120 and the flight was $255.
Their own terms say that a backup car will also never be more expensive than $195 and will be capped at this price, but are now saying it will cost the full amount. It’s seemingly now non refundable and my only option is use the entirety of my credit on a car which is ridiculous.
