Location and Booking Issues

Have tried to book for multiple different occasions for NYC but it never shows up where I can select the city option like it use to. Is there a reason for this? Do I need to be in the NYC area before booking? I want to plan ahead of time and work with the protector directly on what I want and need for the time I book. Anyone from Protector, please reach out I’ve been trying to book for over a year.
