Location and Booking Issues
Have tried to book for multiple different occasions for NYC but it never shows up where I can select the city option like it use to. Is there a reason for this? Do I need to be in the NYC area before booking? I want to plan ahead of time and work with the protector directly on what I want and need for the time I book. Anyone from Protector, please reach out I’ve been trying to book for over a year.

Unable to locate accurately
Trying to book a ride while the ‘location’ selection doesn’t show accurate NYC location. I’m traveling outbound. Does the map have to link with my current location?

Pretty excited about it and then I opened it up and choose how I want everything and then it asks location and then it says only available in New York kinda sad

Glitchy App
First time I’ve ever reviewed an app.
Horrible, glitchy experience trying to book the service for my wedding. Zero customer support. No response to twitter/insta DMs or emails. Was really looking forward to the peace of mind from using this service but they need to sort out several issues before I think of using it again.

Im trying to book when they did promotion for LA and it says sorry only for new york. What was the point of all the promotion?

I booked a reservation and never received confirmation but they took full payment. I used the email listed under their privacy policy and it says email does not exist. I disputed the charge to my credit card company because they advised I do so since there is no way to contact them.
Why it does not work in Los Angeles
They need to update it so I can use it in Los Angeles it say you can use it but it does not work I love the app plz fix the bug I live in Los Angeles
