I can say this App definitely needs an Update. It’s to Bland and your not even able to see the cards u have on file or options to turn card on and off.
How good actually is this Credit union?
I’ve been with this Credit union since I was 11 yrs old, I’m 59 now! My parents ran there business through this credit union , my whole family has gotten loans , and paid them off , & business loans, there like an ok time Credit union! They have values and treat there customers like we’re valued! I don’t see myself going anywhere , so great job u guys! Keep up ur hospitality and family like service!

Better Remember Login By Heart
Every time an update is done, which is roughly about every six hours. You have to re-login and face recognition doesn’t work anymore. Don’t really know what the updates actually helped just know that they’re done extremely frequently so face recognition must always be reset.
New Software takes forever
Every time you open this app it “updates”, which takes forever. Very annoying. Please go back to whoever was running the software before.
Not impressed
Updated App lacks ability to highlight fraudulent charges. There is no Fraud contact information or instructions on the site. So finding after hours or weekend is miserable to wait for next business day to either show up in person or wait for a Customer Service representative to field a call about your concern & relay to a non-customer facing fraud department for this credit union. (A branch manager advised me there are only 2 fraud people for the CU. SMH!
Next issue, the way the charges are displayed on the mobile app, the information is limited. It gives you the name of the business of purchase, but if it’s a national company it gives you the HQ information for the charge information- which further disrupts a member’s ability to accurately determine whether a charge from 2 months ago is also Fraudulent because you weren’t in Virginia that day…. But I at least had the forethought to check DoorDash history to see if I ordered out that same night & I did!!
This new design is like AOL technology in the age of Google Fiber. Please catch up with technology and fraud prevention assistance

It’s ok.
The new app offers no new features over the old one, other than looking a little different and updating almost every time I open it. I might switch to another institution as my primary bank because I’m tired of waiting for this app to update.
New App is HORRIBLE
The new app launched on May 21st is terrible compared to the old app! It is so much harder to organize accounts. The screen is all “white” with no color variations at all, so it is extremely hard to look at and decipher information on. There’s no more traditional “menu” and the features are hard to find and navigate. The display shows everything much larger, so less information is visible on screen at any given moment.
Nothing g good about this update! Please either make some drastic changes to improve, or just go back to the old formatting in the old app!

Works great!
I can do transactions quickly on the app. But must stay active. A few years ago I waited too long to visit the site and finally had to go to a branch in person to iron it out.
