Very iffy app
Will it work today or not? I use apps for several different banks, and this is the only one that is not reliable. Support is minimal.
Doesn’t work for mobile deposits
This is absolutely the worst banking app. You cannot use the mobile deposit feature, be sure it can’t read the endorsement. I’ve tried from
different phones and contacted customer service twice, which didn’t help. Yes it says “for mobile deposit only”. If you need to deposit remotely, find another bank.
